As a Titans fan we can’t keep firing GM’s, HC, getting a new QB and starting over ! Like did we give Callahan a change idk reality is we fired Mike Vrabel where many around the league consider him a top tier level head coach. In order for this team to actually be decent not even good we need a legit culture change if we gonna restart this thing that means no one single carry over player even trading Jeffery Simmons and legit start from scratch

I told people they should have made a run for Sean McDermott, Harbaugh, or Freeman. Yes Freeman stayed in collage, and no Harbaugh didnt want to come but I think McDermott would have. I like Robert as a Defensive coordinator but not as a coach. Everyone said he was the answer and I was wrong. The Titans are in rebuild so ill give him that but he has the talent to not give up the points he does. Brian Daboll is not the answer at OC either. Run up the middle or short pass is what he has with an occasional deep ball.
