If you don't know what to pursue in your life right now or you feel stuck, un-motivated, maybe not sure about things? No worries..... I was and am in that stage of my life now. Call it what you will -a midlife crisis, transition, awakening, or turning point. I like to call it a transformation, reinvention, or renewal. When I turned 60 I started to wonder where my life was going and how I wanted it to change. So I started with myself, eating healthier, becoming more active, persuing myself, taking myself on me, myself and I dates. Persuing past interests like Photography and Art also reconnecting with friends and family I have not seen in a while. Little by little I have become the better me I wanted to see and I am loving me, myself and I. Do this! Pursue yourself and find the you that was meant to always be.
