I toured all of those and qualified with my ssn not a cpn. My thoughts: Forme gives dorm vibes to me. Greyhouse gives 70’s upscale modern vibes, Rone amazing complex design totally upscale but the surrounding location gives gentrification. Ave Grove… no comment. Hanvoer. If it’s not Buffalo Bayou or Autry park. It’s trash. Autry Park has a younger vibe Buffalo Bayou older business professional vibe

Gray house is horrible don’t live there. I used to work at equinox and they shared water and in the winter the hot eater for equinox and the apartments would randomly not work or all water would be shut off without warning. For the money there are so many better options in River oaks. They also are not good with being on top of maintenance requests from what I heard from my clients

I live at Lennox and the elevators have all been down for a month. The parking that we pay for is terrible. I have to park on the second floor, but I live on the third.
