@suzie.loves.books: i love this trend sm 😭 #ponyboy #colleenhoover #BookTok #trend #fyp

🙊? :

oh.. I just bought *Verity* by Colleen Hoover from the thrift store, and I want to read it... Guys, is that okay? Since I like thrifted it for 49 cent..

Nate O. Koopa :

“We both laugh at our son’s big balls” is a crazy line, I’m deceased 😂

teg.secret :

like yuck 😭

Nelly :

Are y'all gonna jump me if I say Hoover makes her fetishes VERY obvious in her writing but especially her ones for abusive spouses, cheating, and "keeping it in the family" dynamics

Kneeless penguin :

Her writing in general is so tacky and middle school level like who tf names their characters “lily blossom bloom” and yk what she runs? A FLOWER SHOP girl this ain’t the winx i genuinely couldn’t stand her writing

Finnick Odairs Biological Mom :

"we both laugh at our sons big balls" RIGHT BEFORE A CAR CRASH TOO IS INSANE MIND YOU

lils! ♡ྀི :

she’s actually so weirdddd i don’t understand why people love her books so much

•∘˙⊹. ꒰ঌ ᧔𝐵𝓊𝓃𝓃𝒾᧓ ໒꒱ .⊹˙∘• :

WHAT.

izzyjadele :

I’ve never read one of her books now I never will tf?? 😭

˙✧˖ まりな・ちゃん ˖✧˙ :

No bc why tf was it necessary? 😭

✨peachy_.pisces✨ :

Mind you she could have left it out

Madi :

I mentioned this in a comment section of someone who made a video and asked why CoHo gets so much hate. I got at least four different responses along the lines of “why do y’all keep mentioning that” and “it’s obviously just a joke you don’t get”…. Sorry I don’t find discussing an infants genitals very funny?

adequate.mp3 :

She's been weird idk how people didn't know this

REAGAN :

this is why i don’t think verity was written by her

Rachelqueenvixen📚🎮😈🍃 :

I play a video game called overwatch my gamertag has booktok in it. someone typed into game chat asking if im a hoover fan i typed nooooooo sooo fast smh

Amaria ˖° 𓍯𓂃🪽 :

I hate that I used to eat her books up😣😭

Kaitlyn💕 :

I looked it up and oh my gosh ewww

suspiria420 :

she would be an awesome horror writer and she just refuses to be anything but a bad “romance” writer

ryleigh :

Also the emphasis on WHAT they’re laughing at as if we couldn’t conclude that from context 😭

🖤tori🐆 :

what book was that in again? 😭

ali_leconey :

I’ve seen reviews & pages of her books & I absolutely will not be reading her. I steer clear so bad

Kia’s Dork Diaries :

Wait the way u closed and threw the book was so smooth tho

IVY! :

i cannot sit down and read any of her books deadahh
