Oh, if it's the same issue as me it costs a ton, let me tell you. It's very painful and you see rejection anywhere, whether you go do the thing or not. It's difficult to overcome. Which brings up the point for characters, can you have two characters with very similar issues but they're slightly different and not have them look like a copy paste character?

Every time I see your videos Aj, I actually think very deeply about my own experiences in my book. Like how my character wants her father to spend time with her but refuses to actually spend time with her father which to me felt contradictory and I had planned to just interfere but after this I think I should just leave it as is. it's her decision because making her want to actually go out or spend time with her father is me making the interference and rational decision for her. She wants to be seen by her father but continually rejects his choices
