the first time I worked from home we had a teams chat open all day. the first team I was on always made jokes, harmless puns, funny innocent memes with cats or dogs, ect. I moved teams and on the first day it was a monday. To be funny with the new team when everyone started coming into the teams chat I sent a "grumpy cat meme" that said "Monday" It didnt say "I hate mondays" Just a cat with a silly expression that makes him look "grumpy" with the caption "Monday" The manager had a one on one with me to explain how my negativity is not welcomed on this team and I need to take this job seriously. then on a Skype call with the whole team the manager brought it up and several coworkers said it was "inappropriate" of me to do that. I apologize and explained on my previous team we joked around but I will stop. From then on the team and manager was hostile towards me and refused ti answer my work related questions.
