She was diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy, a form of heart failure that can strike around childbirth, and was placed in a medically induced coma. It was unclear whether she would survive. Her husband, Ben Rosenberger, 35, was left holding their healthy newborn son, Archer.   After years of infertility and pregnancy losses, Ben realized the moments Casey had dreamed of were being taken from her. He asked that no one else hold Archer, not family or friends, so she could be the first. While she was unconscious, he arranged skin-to-skin contact between them and wrapped Archer in her sweatshirt for photos.   Two days later Casey woke, fearing her son hadn’t survived.
