Do you recommend this MacBook for a student who’s daily use is to design (such as canva, photoshop, etc.) if i already have an iPad (9th gen), and iPhone 13?

Got my Macbook Neo as a full time college student and taking pre reqs. I use it the whole day and whenever I go back home, I still have like 40-50% battery life on and still get to use it for the night. I have no problems with it because it doesn’t really lag. The only downside for me is having no backlit keyboard. Overall it’s good for a budget laptop

I bought the macbook neo in blush over the M2 Air secondhand because I wanted my whole apple ecosystem to be pink hahahaha alsoI only use it for light office works super portable even my ipad is heavier than my macbook😭 I got it for a super cheaper prices honestly I think around 300$? Not sure 🤔 but yeah so far I love it because i also have online class while working the neo just gets the job done. I disagree with the battery life tho mine never ran out of battery while in class but I don’t like pushing the battery to its limits since i want it to last me a good 4-5yrs since I only use it mainly for online classes and a bit of RE here and there. Maybe tho it depends on the apps ur using? But my neo’s battery lasts so long that I’m the one getting tired of using it hahahahahha

I’m a student and i don’t own any macbooks or computers at the moment, but i really need one for school. I don’t have a high budget and i really want sth from apple 🥲. I need it for using programms like excel, powerpoint and word and basic school stuff. Should i get the neo or does anyone have other recommendations? 🥲

Facts! I had a MacBook Air in college and it was perfect for my courseload and everything else. I’m in my early 30s now and just want something budget friendly for simple leisure, planning, little projects, small editing and just personal things. The Neo was up my alley! I have the citrus and am in love!

So would we recommend the MacBook neo for a full time online student majoring in psychology? 👀 There is a decent amount of essay writing and the usual CANVA etc

I have macbook neo and use it for university (roughly 8 hours a day, notes and recording) and I would say it lasts me 2 days without charge.

I’m needing something to watch shows and movies on - that’s it. My Lenovo broke and now I’m considering a Mac or iPad. How would you rate video quality of the neo exclusively for watching things? 😊

IF you got an Apple Watch, it’ll unlock your MacBook. As well putting your passwords for you on apps/sites. Apple Watch MacBook combo makes Touch ID obsolete tbh.
