My thing is I can’t find a source of the special needs despite how much it proliferates online in comments. Like if he was why was he not under constant supervision if he didn’t have perceptions of danger. If he did or isn’t disabled by would he do this it’s a wild animal. The story I feel will take a few days to weeks to settle down before we can make clear what happened
