Cooking 🥘 proof to give you pal ❤️👺👉
Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Onions (The BBQ Bomb) 🛒 Ingredients Onions: 2-3 large yellow onions (look for perfectly round ones). The Filling: 500g Ground meat (Beef, Pork, or a mix). The Wrap: 1 pack of thin-cut Bacon strips. Binder & Flavor: 1 Egg, ½ cup Breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp minced Garlic. Seasoning: Salt, Black pepper, and Smoked Paprika. The Glaze: Your favorite BBQ Sauce. 👨🍳 Instructions Prep the "Shells": Cut the top and bottom off the onions and peel them. Cut the onion in half vertically. Carefully peel away the large outer layers—these will be your "shells." Keep the smaller inner cores to chop up for the filling. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, mix the ground meat, the finely chopped inner onion cores, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well until everything holds together. The Assembly: Take a handful of the meat mixture and form a ball. Place it inside two matching onion "shells" to recreate the shape of a whole onion. The Bacon Wrap: Wrap 2 to 3 slices of bacon around each onion bomb, covering as much surface as possible. Use toothpicks to secure the bacon if it feels loose. Cooking: On the Grill: Cook over indirect heat at about 150°C to 160°C for 40–45 minutes. In the Oven: Bake at 210°C for about 40 minutes on a wire rack. The Glaze: During the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the bacon. Let it caramelize until it’s sticky and dark red. @__shihxn @Brain Capsule @Twapa265 @user629559 @Anjee833 @Buddhi♥️♥️♥️ @Build wealth with Tracy 📈 @Disciplined Mindz @MOTIVATEX #outdorcooki#campinglife #cookingtiktok #chile #colombia
