No-knead homemade bread recipe (simple kitchen setting) Ingredients 500 g all-purpose flour (approx. 3 1/2 cups) 10 g dry yeast (1 packet) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 350 ml warm water 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil Instructions In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Stir. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until you get a moist, sticky dough. No kneading needed. Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. After it has risen, gently stir the dough just to release excess air. Place the dough in a greased pan or lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
