Our son died during labor and the fetal heart tracer ended up ripping me so I had 15 stitches. My man put the pad together helped me wash/walk, made sure I ate and regularly checked my stitches until they were gone. If y’all’s men ain’t willing to help y’all, they not men fr. You need someone to help you at your lowest, for me that was burying our son after a hard delivery.

i hope the little boys in the comments never have kids. my husband would get upset if i tried to go to the bathroom myself afterwards, he would stand in there with me the whole time, pull my diapers up for me and spray them with dermaplast, and would make sure i had warm water in my peri bottle every time. and that's the bare minimum!!
