Good luck on your exam girl, I hope it goes so well and all your studying pays off. Next time, study with a mint or piece of gum in your mouth and then when you go into your exam use the same flavor mint/piece of gum. Allegedly it helps you recall better.

A huge thing that helps is reading the chapter summary & doing the practice questions at the end of the chapter & i also take a photo of the physical book of the summary or a screenshot of the digital book and ask chatGBT to make me a 30 question multiple choice based on the course material. I made the deans list my first semester back at 27 years old & im hoping to make the presidents list this semester! WE WILL BE NURSES 🥰
