I was in a very rough spot with my mental health, which in itself is not an excuse, but I thought I would hurt him if I stayed any longer, so I turned to another person bc my bf at the time was the sweetest and most caring human being on this earth, I couldn’t bring myself to break up with him and hurt him like that, but cheating on him hurt him more. I’ve grown more mature since then, and got myself meds and im okay, I regret every single moment. No amount of apologies will change a persons mind, but I really do hate that I hurt someone that badly.

He started becoming constantly unavailable and when we did talk it was good but underwhelming and when other guys would talk to me they would never be too busy so I started talking to them to fill time but it got so confusing the more my bf was unavailable I started spending more time with one specific guy who was inlove with me and obviously i wasn’t inlove with him but I was inlove with his availability. Idk im lowk not shit.

I always had problems with being overly attached and I thought if I tried to unattach myself in some way with someone else since it seemed like nothing else worked that I wouldn't be too much to handle but oh gosh was that a stupid solution it didnt fix anything at all if anything it was the worst decision I've ever made

i find it as a way of avoiding attachment and for the most part it works but i didnt start doing it until this recent january after my ex who i turned loyal for left me for his hg so i cheat bc deep down i try to avoid facing the truth and dealing with and letting myself heal like i should but instead i talk to multiple ppl and do stuff just to fill that void that he filled when we were tg i do it as a way so i dont get attached like i did with him and at the end of the day im still a messed up person and ik im no good
