every.single.book. has LGBT somewhere incorporated into the book that literally adds NOTHING to the plot. it's like they have to check it off before getting published. also they'll dig at right wing talking points. it's hella annoying. 😒

If you’re a good author you’re a good author. It does not matter. That goes both ways. There’s a lot of music I listen listen to by musicians that are liberal. But if I like their music then I like it. 🤷🏼♀️

I have read so many books that paint republicans as if we are the most evil entity in that book. I DNF those books so fast. and many times they also do this with God in the same book.

So many popular authors put their politics in their books (Stephen King, Jodi Picoult) and I still consume and enjoy their books as a conservative. I applaud you for representing the other side! I grabbed your KU book and can’t wait to read!

Yes! I got a book where the author was republican and the whole Booktok community was bashing and boycotting them. It was insane. The Booktok community acts like everyone must be a democrat/liberal.
