I made this Loaded Baked Potato Soup tonight, and let me tell you… IT WAS DELICIOUS!! 😍 If you love a good home-cooked meal but don’t feel like spending all evening in the kitchen, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! ✅ Budget-friendly ingredients ✅ Feeds the whole family ✅ Plenty of leftovers ✅ Hardly any prep or cleanup ✅ Just dump it in the crockpot and let it cook! And I’m telling y’all, it tastes like something you spent hours making! ❤️ 🥔🧀 LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP 🥓 Here’s what you’ll need: 🥔 1 (32 oz) bag frozen Southern Style Hash Browns 🍲 4 cups chicken broth 🥫 1 can cream of chicken soup 🧀 1½–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🥓 1–1½ cups bacon bits 🧈 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese 🌿 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 👩‍🍳 HERE’S HOW EASY IT IS! Dump the frozen hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and most of the bacon bits into your crockpot. Give everything a good stir, put the lid on, and let it do its thing! ⏰ HIGH: 4 hours ⏰ LOW: 6–8 hours Once the potatoes are tender and everything is creamy, give it another good stir before serving. 🥓 When serving, sprinkle the remaining bacon bits on top of each bowl. Add some extra shredded cheese and chives if you really want to load it up! THAT’S IT!!! 🙌🏻 No peeling potatoes, no standing over a hot stove, and no pile of dishes to wash! Just a big ole crockpot full of creamy, cheesy, delicious comfort food that’ll fill everybody’s belly without emptying your wallet! ❤️ And if you’re like me, having enough left over for another meal makes it even better! 😂 🍂 This is definitely going in my fall and winter supper rotation! 📌 SAVE THIS RECIPE!
