I took 165 days off this ap after being diagnosed with OCD. The mental wear and tear is no joke. Wishing you some peace of mind. I raised two humans basically the only politics they know this this mess. I know it is exhausting.

I think a lot of us feel that way. I’ve fond I have to take mental health breaks from social media and the news so I can keep going. Remember to give yourself the grace to walk away for a while. You’ll be the better for it.
