you need to know what to do regardless if you're working in these environment. educating yourself in anything and everything is so beneficial. im glad you're dealing with it better now. well done. whoever reads this, if you see a seizure or happen to be there, to help, you must remember they're at risk of dying by choking on their own tongue, sometimes they may vomit too, you must put them on their side and put something under their head and call 999 immediately. clear their way of anything dangerous and loosen any tight clothing around their neck.

Also you can be absolutely well when going your appointment and then just random seizure comes on out of nowhere. This is in relation to epilepsy no way to prepare at all. Only thing I’d say if your tired or stressed skip appointments as epilepsy more likely occur
