Sometimes love isn’t what fails us. Sometimes it’s our inability to protect it from our own fears, wounds, and mistakes. And there’s something incredibly heartbreaking about realizing you had something beautiful but couldn’t find a way to keep it beautiful… we loved each other deeply but never learned how to love each other peacefully.

Everyday I question why the universe would send me my soulmate my person, have such a deep connection, plan a future, love so so so deeply just for her to pass away. It just will never make any sense how we didn’t get to live the life we so badly deserved. I’ll forever wonder what our life could’ve been. I am feeling this just now. It’s been 2 weeks since I lost the love of my life, my soulmate. We had a true once in a lifetime love and just like that he is gone. Just one month before our wedding. I can’t accept this was meant to be our story or God’s plan and just how it was meant to be as that’s just so cruel and unfair.

he’s alive, but he became someone i will never again recognize 😭 i had to remove him from my home after he assaulted me multiple times, and i knew that there was no coming back from what he did to me.
