I've always had a hard time sharing my feelings because I don't want to burden anyone. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm actually self-centered, too focused on my own struggles that I fail to show enough sympathy for others. Maybe that's why I keep everything to myself. I want to be understood, but I also question whether I know how to give others the same understanding in return.
