Fun fact, I really never used a toner until @Shelby Ann got me onto toners for skin hydration. I honestly didn’t see the value in it because my dermatologist said they weren’t important. But they’re so important for hydration!!! That said, I’ve been paying $30 for toners, which I think is ridiculous when there are other toners out there that are amazing!!
