@bell_10b: Urgent care said it wasn’t infected or anything wtf do I do. I clean it with saline solution twice (sometimes more) daily, per recommended by my piercer. I’ve also been icing it
Yellow dial soap bar warm compress and dial soap only!!! No saline it dried mine out so bad and made it ITCH. I swear by dial soap

Girl mine took a year+ to heal. I ended up going to a different piercer and getting a larger earring in so it had room to swell and heal properly. It was annoying but it helped then she sized it down once I was able too. Also if you sleep on that side, use an airplane pillow and put your ear in the hole. It was a pain in the assssssss.

i got my rook 5 months ago and my daith a few days ago. the woman who pierced my daith told me to rinse them both in the shower for 2-4 mins and then dab lightly with a paper towel (not hard so that you don’t irritate the piercing more) and blow dry it on cool for a few minutes. she said the main reason for irritation is bc it’s very hard for that area to dry. also, get a piercing pillow if you don’t have one & try to sleep on your other side.

That has got to be the most painful piercing I’ve ever had. I’ve had mine for 3 years and it still gets irritated. I remember when I got it pierced my whole head hurt. Like I was in so so so much pain
