ساندوتش البسكوت بالفراولة والكريمة 🤍 المقادير (البسكوت والتزيين) بسكوت دائري كبير الحجم فراولة جوز هند حليب غير محلى للتغميس قليل من العسل لتلميع الفراولة (الكريمة) نصف كوب كريمة خفق 30 جم شوكولاتة بيضاء 75 جم جبنة كريمي نصف ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا نصف كوب كريمة خفق باردة كيس كريم شانتيه بودرة وزن 37 جم 2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب بودرة Strawberry Cream Biscuit Sandwich 🤍 Ingredients (Biscuits and Decoration) Large round biscuits Strawberries Shredded coconut Unsweetened milk for dipping A little honey for glazing the strawberries (Cream) ½ cup whipping cream 30 g white chocolate 75 g cream cheese ½ tsp vanilla extract ½ cup cold whipping cream 1 sachet whipping cream powder (37 g) 2 tbsp milk powder Instructions (Preparing the Cream) Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and set aside to cool slightly Beat the cream cheese until smooth then add the vanilla extract and mix well Add the white chocolate after it has cooled completely and mix thoroughly until smooth and free of lumps If there are any lumps microwave the mixture for 10 seconds then remove and mix again until completely smooth then refrigerate Whip the cold whipping cream on high speed until it starts to thicken Add the whipping cream powder and milk powder and continue whipping until the mixture becomes thick Add the cream cheese and white chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and beat briefly until fully combined and the cream becomes rich smooth and thick (Assembling the Sandwiches) Take one biscuit and pipe a layer of cream on top Place a strawberry piece in the center then add another layer of cream and cover with a second biscuit Spread a thin layer of cream around the sides of each sandwich and smooth it with a spatula Gently dip both sides of each sandwich in unsweetened milk then coat all the sides with shredded coconut (Decoration and Serving) Pipe cream on top of each biscuit using a piping bag then decorate with a strawberry piece Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving After removing from the refrigerator brush the strawberries with a little honey for a beautiful shine Enjoy 🤍 #biscuit #strawberry #بسكويت #فراولة
