I have never met a man that I was willing to follow because they did not lead. I am still waiting for a generation and another generation and another generation of men most men to stand up and lead just because you’re on a panel just because you’re in this segment of society does not mean that the majority of men are leaders.

I agree with you brother 💯 but what I have dealt with by doing what you said is I got put down and talked down to and told that I speak like I'm in court because I only speak on facts and I don't sugarcoat anything or be soft. It seems no matter what we do or how we do it we'll always be the bad guy and everything is always our fault. It's just no longer worth the fight to me anymore. I keep robbing from my life and helping others

Idk. Women have also been told that men are the leaders. So we have this ingrained expectation that men will rise to the occasion. That does not mean women will reduce themselves by submitting to a person with less capacity. It’s frustrating for women too, until we realize we were the leaders all along and release this cultural expectation that many men will likely not live up to.
