well all the homeless are washed out the storm tunnels. years ago people were filmed living underneath in the dry storm tunnels with beds and bedroom furniture up on pallets living life like they were in a house. I don't know it if the City cleanee them out. That was 2013 2014. well this certainly would have done it washed everything away.
