@greenonionbun: This was such an interesting event!! My husband has kidney stone issues and his urologist invited him to Kidney Stone Day, a free event hosted by the UCI Kidney Stone Center. The day was filled with insightful information sessions about how diet, sleep, stress and exercise affect kidney stone formation and we got to hear from experts in the field. My husband and I also learned a lot about changes we could make to help reduce the reoccurrence of his kidney stones. I heard that the UCI Kidney Stone Center is planning to host another Kidney Stone Day but I’m not sure when.
