2 different lines to the tanks. Normally has switch on dash to either switch tanks or transfer fuel from back tank to front. Basically just extra fuel if you want. you don't even have to use it.

Like the other person said two separate gas tanks, two separate fuel pumps two separate switches I actually used to run mine down evenly and then fill them both up. If I remember correctly, they were 20 gallons apiece.

There is a switch inside that swaps from the front to the back tank. If you're using just the front tank flip the switch to front and fill it if you want to.

I had one like that.The first time gas went over two dollars a gallon twelve to thirteen years ago.Maybe fifteen years ago, actually and my gas was just a little over two gallons, just a little over two dollars, a gallon at the time, and it cost me like eighty bucks to fill it up the front tanks.Usually a twenty 12 twenty nine gallon tank and the rear one's about eighteen to twenty one gallon tank.So eighty to feel both tanks fifteen years ago was not bad now to do it.Now it'd probably be over two hundred
