@atasteofkoko: Attending the world’s largest hot-air balloon festival - I’ve been to New Mexico many times (even been the face of tourism!) and the Albuquerque @Balloon Fiesta has always been on my bucket list!! Seeing 500+ hot air balloons in the sky was so magical - I teared up driving up to the fiesta and seeing all the balloons in the air. It was so special to share this experience with my husband and son (he’s only 13 months and he was SO excited).
