I did this with 2 homeless guys that were panhandling by me. offered them full time work and a hotel room. they both started off great. after about 3 weeks 1 disappeared and the other 1 has now been with me for 4 years and one of my best employees. he now has his own place got his license back and has a truck. it shows that you can only help the ones that want to be helped.
