forget shop bought because these 15p each tiger rolls are worth your time and so easy to make. Theres nothing like this bread, lathered in butter served with hot soup this autumn😍 Dough: 350ml Lukewarm Water x1 Yeast Sachet x1 Tsp Sugar 50g Butter 600g Bread Flour x2 Tsp Salt Topping: 50g Rice Flour x2 Tsp Caster Sugar x2 Tsp Sesame Oil 45ml Water Half a Tsp of Yeast Pinch of Salt 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the water, yeast and sugar. Whisk these ingredients together and leave for 5 minutes. 2. Add the butter and flour, mix halfway then add the salt. 3. Knead the dough until it is smooth, this may take around 15-20 minutes. Use a bread mixer for your own sanity! 4. Leave to rise in an oiled bowl for an hour and a half. You will see that it has finished rising when it doubles in half and is smooth in appearance. 5. On a floured surface, split the dough into 120g Balls. 6. To shape into balls, fold the edges of the ball into the centre, pinch, twist and shape into a bowl. 7. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. 8. While rising, mix all of the topping ingredients together. It should have a thick, soup like texture. 9. Once the bread has risen, add the topping to the top of each of the rolls. 10. Leave to rise for another 20 minutes, while rising, preheat the oven to 230 degrees. 11. Once risen, bake for 10 minutes with an ovenproof bowl full of water underneath. Remove after 10 minutes and bake for another 10 minutes without the bowl. 12. Bake until golden, leave to cool before consuming. #tiger #bread #Recipe #breadrecipe
