Every dream needs their interpretation. Every decision needs their permission. Slowly, you stop trusting yourself. Guidance should help you develop discernment, not remove it. 2. Your gift should never become something people use to control you. If someone tells you that you cannot make decisions without them, or makes you afraid that something terrible will happen unless you keep paying them, step back. If they convince you that you are spiritually powerless without them, be careful. 3. Constantly searching outside yourself can delay your own discovery. Sometimes you keep asking everyone else what your life means because you have not taken enough time to sit with yourself. You want someone to tell you your purpose, your gift, what your ancestors want, and what your dreams mean. But eventually, you have to look inward. Learn yourself. Study your patterns. Understand your emotions. Learn your family history. Pay attention to your intuition. Develop your character. Your Ori should not be outsourced to another person. 4. Not every spiritual explanation belongs to you. Someone may interpret your experience through their own beliefs or agenda. Listen. Learn. Question. Never feel pressured to accept something simply because someone presents themselves as spiritually powerful. 5. Not every problem requires a spiritual solution. Sometimes you need prayer and reflection. Other times you need practical changes, better boundaries, education, or financial discipline. Spirituality should not prevent you from dealing with practical realities. If you believe you have a gift, don't become obsessed with proving it or telling everyone what you experience. Don't allow sensitivity to become fear. There is nothing wrong with seeking guidance. Even our elders sought wisdom from those who came before them. But good guidance should help you stand on your own feet. It should strengthen your relationship with your roots, teach you discernment, and help you understand yourself.
