Another day to annoy you :
neighbors tree fell. smashed block wall between our yards. landed on 2 of my cars. he raced home saying please dont let it be on their classic mustang. it was. he had the tree removed. replaced the wall. and paid for both cars.... was just some roof pain on classic. but new hood fender and windshield on truck that took main hit. Great neighbor...

I was told by a lawyer you have to send a certified letter to the property owner of dead tree prior to it falling. Otherwise it is on you.

If it falls on your car, it won’t matter who’s responsible because even if you aren’t responsible, it’ll still raise your damn rates. Plus you’ll still have to pay your deductible. That should be more than enough to anger you. Lol.

What if the tree fall and it’s not hurricane season. A tree fell on my son car at his apartment complex. No storm or raining the night it fell early July. His auto paid but he had to pay his deductible. His insurance company is trying to settle with the complex but they are not cooperating.

Depends.. Not a weather event and it falls because it was dying already. Make sure you have photos of your neighbor’s tree that has seen better days. Your neighbor pays and their insurance if this is the case.

OK, my neighbors. Pine trees all fell on my fence over an acre fenced off and was knocked down by his tall trees. It was because of the hurricane, but I don't have insurance so his insurance should've paid for it and he refuses to to tell me who's supposed to pay.
