@zachacjx5ea: Crispy skin coated in honey glaze, tender and juicy inside! Easy enough for beginners with an air fryer ✨ 🌼 Ingredients ▪️ One whole three-yellow chicken (or deboned chicken thighs) ▪️ Garlic, ginger, scallions ▪️ Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, honey 🍯 ▪️ Black pepper, white sesame seeds 👩🏻‍🍳 Method (just 4 simple steps!) 1️⃣ Marinate the chicken: Tenderize the chicken with the back of a knife and poke holes ・2 tbsp light soy sauce + 2 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp cooking wine + 1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp sugar ・Ginger, scallions + black pepper Mix well and marinate for two hours ⏳ (the longer the better) 2⃣️ Prep for roasting: Stuff the chicken cavity with apple chunks / onion (adds aroma) Tie the drumsticks with kitchen twine to hold shape Brush the surface with a honey-oil mixture 3️⃣ Make the honey glaze: 1 tbsp honey ➕ 1 tbsp BBQ sauce ➕ appropriate amount of water Mix well 4️⃣ Roasting: Place breast-side up in the air fryer, wrapped in foil 190°C roast for 30 min, flip and brush with honey glaze Roast for another 20 min, finally roast skin-side up for 5 min to brown ✅ 💡 Pro tips: ▪️ Pat the skin dry! Otherwise it won't crisp up ▪️ Line the tray with potatoes / carrots — they soak up the chicken fat and are amazing ▪️ Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing to lock in the juices Tearing apart the whole chicken to eat is so satisfying! It'll definitely get compliments when served at a dinner party 👏

Visible and infrared satellite imagery have depicted increasing organization of Amanda today (3 June) with curved banding noted. A SAR RCM-2 pass from earlier this morning (3 June) showed a slightly larger and more uniform wind field around the center of Amanda, and the center position was slightly farther south than previously forecast. The initial position of the storm has been adjusted accordingly. Subjective and objective Dvorak analyses range from 30–40 knots, so the initial intensity is maintained at 40 mph (35 knots). Amanda is moving toward the west-northwest with an initial motion of 300/8 knots. A mid-level ridge to the northeast will support a northwestward to west-northwestward motion over the next couple of days. A turn toward the west then west-southwest with a slower forward speed is expected by this weekend as the ridge strengthens and builds westward. The official forecast has been shifted slightly southward through the forecast period to account for the initial position adjustment and model trends, and is close to the Google DeepMind forecast track. The storm is embedded within a rather humid low- and mid-level air mass, and all model guidance supports steady strengthening within the next 36 hours. GFS and EC SHIPS RI probability model guidance has decreased since the previous forecast cycle, showing a 10 to 20% chance of rapid intensification over the next 24 to 36 hours. The official NHC forecast shows a peak intensity of 60 mph (50 knots), which lies near the higher end of the model guidance. Amanda will encounter a drier mid-level environment and increasing shear beyond 36 hours, and may struggle to produce convection this weekend. Slow to steady weakening is expected as a result, and Amanda is forecast to become a post-tropical remnant low at Day 5, though some models suggest this could occur sooner than forecast. This was the 5th advisory for Tropical Storm Amanda, the source were from Zoom Earth, Forecaster Kelly/Adams and National Hurricane Center (NHC) #tropicalstormamanda #2026 #tropicalstorm #2026pacifichurricaneseason #easternpacific
