I almost drove right past this… and I’m SO glad I didn’t! 😍 While exploring **North Creek, NY** — the same town where I did my pedal bike adventure 🚲 — I came across this incredible **220-foot-long mosaic wall** celebrating the Adirondacks. And this isn’t just a pretty wall. It took **10+ years and more than 2,075 volunteers** to create, under the direction of local artist **Kate Hartley**. It’s made from **ceramic tiles, shells, beads, glass, and pebbles**, with an estimated **200,000 pieces**! 🦌🫎🦋🌲🎿 Kids, families, artists, and community members all contributed, creating scenes of Adirondack wildlife, nature, and the four-season adventures that make this area so special. I love that it’s not just a mosaic — **it’s a collection of community stories, memories, and creativity.** ❤️ Definitely stop and take a look if you’re passing through North Creek. It’s one of those places you could easily miss… but shouldn’t! #NorthCreekNY #NorthCreekMosaic #Adirondacks #adk #iloveny @I LOVE NY
