Iworked at a dealership in the 90s. I remember there was a recall on some vehicles because the suspension squeaked. The fix was removing all bushings and removing any grease on the bushings or replace with dry bushings.

You never tighten suspension bushes hanging- must torque up in the loaded level position. Not doing this will twist the bush speak to old school mechanics
