I have undiagnosed autoimmune diseases. I try explaining what happens before I crash. My body feels like I’m walking through mud, my legs feel like lead weights and just folding the laundry makes the muscles in my arms burn and spasm. When I go down, it’s a good 15 hours straight of sleeping. Other days I have unrelenting pain throughout my entire body. My doctors want me to be more specific and I can’t, everything hurts even my scalp 🤷♀️
