you both have your strengths, yours has a very clean attention-grabbing silhouette, a great understanding of simplification and shape design and VERY believable form shading, and they're really good at realistic anatomy and character interaction

I think they’re both completely different pieces of work that are both great and enjoyable but comparing them to each other just does a major injustice. This is literally two cakes and they’re both delicious

a little bit annoyed with other artist being looked down on. yalls art are great idk where the hate is coming from for hiroshi but for the ppl who dont know him he really likes to draw bayonetta and pink pantheress a lot bc its his favs and he just throws in other people/characters he likes for fun 😭

Mae/Food :
Both are completely different in context? The other artist has a niche that their fans and non-fans know/recognize them for. Which is them drawing Bayonetta, Pink and other random characters together in every drawing. That's their running gag and that's why it's being treated differently not counting the fan base that the artist already has. So this comparison is harmful towards both artists <\333 If you don't stop seeing things this way, you'll end up undervaluing your work. Your art is super cute and your efforts are important no matter what, please dont let this mindset drag you down.

you two have different art styles and there’s many different things going on in both pieces. i understand why you’d compare your art to theirs but i don’t think you should. i personally saw yours first and like it a lot. it’s cute and unique
