By my job it’s $1,100 for a extended stay and the benefits are worth it 😂🤷🏽♀️you get free breakfast free WiFi and utilities and after 30 days you can get the room tax free

As soon as my two oldest move out, that’s what I’m doing, and call me crazy, but if I’m not married by then, I’m not buying a house, I’m just moving to one of them places, one bedroom with everything I need in it, and I’ll be ok 😅.

I stay at extended stay (intowne suites) been here for 4-5 months just got my rent reduced only pay (380 a week) free wifi water lights and cable ac/,heat . fully furnished with a two aise stove . worth it 😁

No, it’s a lot more money a month. The difference is you don’t have to worry about credit check background checks and you can pay weekly. That’s why people do it and most of the time is because they can’t get an apartment for some reason. It is a good option though if you can’t.

This makes sense for some people! Everybody can’t go get something in their name and what happens when you have no family and no where else to go ? People do the absolute most and have the most outrageous comments behind something they don’t understand until they have to go through it ‼️

Extended stay IS NOT the samething, $2000 a month for a tiny room vs $1300 for an entire two bedroom apartment with a LEASE. A lease brings protection. If you fall behind you have time to catch up because the court process allows that and extended stay can just put you out zero judge required

I pay $1600/ month utilities included just moved to Atl from PGH been here a little less than 2 months I have felony convictions slowing me down from signing a lease. I’ve been blessed to find a job 15 mins away 3 weeks after coming here with only $250 in my pocket! I just wish I could use the history when I go to buy my house In 2 years. There are roaches and the elevator is always broken but I’m not homeless or sleeping In my car!!!
