I'm not an expert on the Warsaw Security Forum, but it's kind of odd structure: "speech about electricity ceasefire" -- Gratefull for all our neighbors, especially Poland "for that-that-and-that" -- OH, and Norway too, thank you so much... "proceed speech about energy and this infrastructures" -- OH, and stop killing our people Like is this forum about security or giving out perfomance with thank-yous after the concert + begging the enemy?
