Roasted Garlic and truffle Wedges with Burrata 🧄 This is one of my most viral recipes. I made it a little while ago and it was very well loved so I thought it was high-time I brought it back as it is truly perfect for those chilly evenings when all you want is just comfort and nothing else. Comforting yet luxurious = perfect little treat! 📍save this one to make future you happy 🤭 Ingredients: 3 large Maris piper potatoes (washed but not peeled) 7 garlic cloves 1 burrata truffle oil (@Marks and Spencer) Method: Pop your garlic into a ramekin and season with a little bit of salt and cover with a good glug of olive oil and cover. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until just golden and soft then leave to cool a tad. Whilst this is in the oven, bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add in your wedged potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, drain and leave to steam dry for about 5 minutes. Then add in a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and place into an air fryer and air fry for 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you want them. If you don’t have an airfry, roast until crispy! Mash the garlic with a fork to make a paste then add to your crispy wedges with a drizzle of truffle oil and mix well to combine. plate up, top with burrata and a little bit more truffle oil because why not and enjoy!! ☺️ #trufflefries #burrata #crispypotatoes #veggierecipes #DinnerIdeas
