If you have a usb drive, download steamOS recovery off your laptop or computer. Go to the boot menu on your Steam deck and select the usb drive. You’ll be in Steam recovery mode and you should see a desktop with a list of scripts. One of them should allow you to reinstall SteamOS while it also saves and recovers all of your data while wiping any broken code in its system.

oh yeah I had this issue once i think you have to fully reinstall steamos or do a bios switch

Do you have a TV or monitor and a USB-C to HDMI adapter? I recommend plugging it into a monitor to see if it boots at all
