went to do a resi system changed out and the homeowner was like "sorry made dogs got down there made a little mess". like bruh! there was a completely pee soaked memory foam mattress and wet cardboard all over. took him 3 weeks to clean out before we deemed safe enough to return

I had done a minisplit maintenance on a home in a back porch / lanai enclosed in. So I meat the husband and wife, pretty nice but I walk into the house and they have upwards to 15 cats and maybe 5 dogs. So I head out to the back porch where the indoor head is and I find that all of the dogs poop all inside that lanai and no one has cleaned it up for pretty much a week or so. I look at the head and normally it’s pretty white… dude it was stained yellow.. everywhere. The filters were originally blue and they were turning brown. I will never forget that house
