@_bkind2all: Carrie Syczylo for Indiana House District 60 (HD60) Carrie has been standing alongside Morgan County residents in the fight against the proposed data center since day one. Long before running for office, she was showing up, listening, and speaking out for those concerned about losing their homes, land, and livelihoods. At the Morgan County Commissioners meeting, Carrie raised concerns about the project, including the possibility of 86 community members losing their properties in exchange for an estimated 50 jobs. And this isn't just a Morgan County issue. Data centers are being proposed in communities all across Indiana and the country. The questions surrounding land use, water, electricity, and the impact on nearby residents are concerns that extend far beyond our county lines. I think this is something we can all agree on, regardless of politics. Our homes matter. Our neighbors matter. And the communities we call home deserve a voice in decisions that affect them. Whether it's happening in your backyard today or someone else's tomorrow, these are conversations worth paying attention to. #morgancountyindiana #johnsoncountyindiana #monroecounty #indiana
