Good luck with the rent from the 1st house with a crazy interest rate helping with the mortgage for the 2nd house. I just bought a townhome that me and my gf live in and when we buy a house in a few years it will be a wonder if we can get enough rent to cover the whole mortgage since I got a 6.25% rate
