I am thinking of two things: either the training of helicopter and plane topics has fallen into the hands of middlemen like everything else in this country, or people in position are ordering scrap from other countries in form of 2nd hand planes. The extent of aircraft mishaps is becoming alarming and proper review of all protocols is urgently required!
