Love this CEO. Saw this coming with the manager, but he did the right thing with the write up first to document the whole debacle. So when she acted out again, there was a solid reason on paper to fire her. She deserved it. She was manipulative to everyone, including you from the get go. The video you spoke with her and she’s crying, I told my husband as we were watching that was an act. Later in you wrote the sudden voice change with the “we all make mistakes” where you held her accountable, and I said “yup, the crying didn’t get her desired result, note she’s going for intimidation”. I can’t stand people like her

Ladies in the USA: 3 months off is good? I’m so so sorry. From one mom to another I am so sorry unless it’s by your choice that this is how quick you have to return. As a self employed person in Canada without employment benefits I had to return at 8months and I almost died inside…and I do hair from home with my mom watching the kid. I’m so sorry how do you leave your babies, your poor hearts. Sending so much love to you all 💗
