My job is always hiring Zwicker &Associates. No phone , all data entry. We don’t even have a chat where we communicate with our team . We have a 30 team meeting , every 2 weeks. They literally leave you alone. Wfh as well.

Check out Eleveance Health - I’m one of the recruiters! Check our UMR (Utilization Management) roles and our claims roles! Claims are absolutely NEVER on the phone!!!

Check out United Healthcare careers. I work for them remotely and only make occasional outbound calls to dr offices and that’s if they answer. You’ll want to look for a position in Claims.

why do people do that??? we tell them we’re looking for a wfh job and they get in the comments telling you how much they love their job and then be like “ oh i can’t disclose where “ or “oh we’re not hiring right now but i can tell you when we are” GIRL BYE what was your point in commenting on my post then 🙄

I know you said no phones BUT! I work for Achieve and yes phones BUT no METRICS , no issues, INCREDIBLY kind people, best job I have ever had and you will do 2 weeks of training at $18 and hour/ THEN another 2 weeks of training get a $2 raise and work 75 days and repeat again. THEN you choose what role you like or just try a different position entirely! we work from home. no issues at all and no metrics, no micro managing!

American Express owned company called Resy and I’m fully remote an only do Emails in my position. We also have a side that does Emails and live chats. You can apply from the Amex careers page and the position you would be looking for is Hospitality Coordinator. I saw they had a position open just Friday and they go fast so I’m not sure if it’s still available but worth checking.

Call centers destroy mental health - from experience. 95% of it was because the people calling in are assholes and just rude, screaming at me about something I had ZERO control over. Good luck!!

I work for Lincoln Financial doing Short Term Disability claims. Now you do talk but not much and only to your clients claim you working on. I was on a teams meeting with my mentor today and she had her daughter in the camera(kid friendly). Lol.. but I make 27.00 an hour. They do have a training class coming up and the deadline to apply is 10/16. I love it Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30 is my schedule.
