So China, Singapore and Macao which rank 1st, 2nd and 3rd in maths ability worldwide teach early division using number bonds (or something very similar). Americans in the comments, whose country sits at 27th, disagree. 😂

Works great with small numbers as shown, but if you teach kids this way then how do they scale it up to numbers in the tens of thousands divided by several hundred.

When I first went to school (early 60s) we learnt the 'times tables' ..... a lot faster and simpler than this pretentious rubbish !
