To be fair, most Americans attempt to cut with a fork first because good American BBQ you don’t always need a knife. It’s like fall off the bone type shit. Getting all upsetti spaghetti about the cutlery usage is a weird thing to be upset about 😅 sometimes I personally just default to using my hands depending on what food I’m eating because why not. Food is food, it’s gonna go in and eventually come out.
