@final_fetch: 🚨 URGENT: MAXWELL — Deadline Sat 10/17 💔 This goofy 1-year-old was surrendered to North Central LA Shelter in July after his family moved. Medical holds kept him stuck in his kennel for weeks with no walks or enrichment, and the stress is wearing on him. Without a safe exit, he’ll be euthanized for kennel stress. Maxwell is full of playful energy. He loves toys and the doggy pool 🐶💦 He needs a committed family who will give him daily walks, training, guidance, and a warm bed. He prefers people over dogs, so he’s best as the only pet in the home. 🐾 Maxwell | ID A2284407 1 year old • 64 lbs • Neutered 📍 North Central Shelter 3201 Lacy Street, Los Angeles, CA 90031 ⏰ Tues–Fri 8AM–5PM | Sat & Sun 11AM–5PM | Closed Mondays 📞 888-452-7381 | laanimalservices.com 🎥 Credit: @foster_and_found & @friendsofnorthcentralshelter Share to help Maxwell find his person before Saturday 🙏 Find more dogs who need a final fetch at FinalFetch.org 🧡 #finalfetch

Omg im crying my eyes out.

Danielle :

People suck. What do you mean you couldn’t take him when you move. My dogs are family. They are the first thing in the car when I’m moving.

Kimdabestest :

hea gorgeous, he shouldn't be there. if you move you go to a place that takes animals. when you have an animal it's for life. it's not until you move.

SumYungGai :

My daughter and I went to say hi and to give some affection to the North Central shelter dogs the other day. He was the absolute sweetest! Maxwell, you are beautiful and deserving. May your next family be safe, secure and forever. Your chapter will not end in a kennel.

owners need held accountable for this. and the breeders need held accountable. all dogs should require microchip and huge fines for neglect...
